Today you’ll be testing out your new skills with both muscle testing (kinesiology) and the quantum pump. To insure a good result with the quantum pump get yourself in a great mood. Chant, Pray, Dance, Laugh, Walk outdoors under a great blue sky ~ do whatever takes you to your highest energy vibe! From this energetic space the Quantum Field is easiest to access.
If you are worried: Sometimes I have a student who has pain in the right hand or is concerned about doing the hand movement. First of all relax and know that all is well and you will ultimately find your best way. For now do your best with the instructions. If you need to make an alteration, then please do. You must make this practice your own. Try to stay as close to the instructions as possible for best results.
What is the difference of using the right or left hand for the quantum pump? I hear this question a lot. The right hand is the giving hand energetically (yes even with you lefties) and the left hand is the receiving hand. When you imagine energy moving through and out it naturally happens with the right hand. If however you have a disability in your right hand, by all means use your right and see the shift of movement with the energies as the left hand temporally becomes the giving hand.
Kinesiology: right or left? It just doesn’t matter. If you are new to kinesiology have it be a fun game and work towards full mastery. If the finger seems to be kind of wiggly~ jiggly, it could mean that you have other energies as well as your own in your hand. By routine practice you over time regain full ownership of your hand and by the end of the 6 weeks should be fairly confident you can get great results. I can’t stress enough don’t freak yourself out after a day or too and say it’s not for me. Remember mindset is everything here. You want to be in charge of your life, your communications and your career then show firm resolve and discipline. You can master this. It is your birthright. Keep it fun, stay soft and loving with yourself and go for it!
The reason we start with communication is because it is virtually part of everything you do and every aspect of your career and life are somehow touch by how well you communicate and how well your communications are received.
In the Quantum Success Program you will typically receive two instructional pages, followed by two journal pages and a video of me teaching you about how its done. I recommend you get a three ring binder to keep your pages in.
Look at the lesson each week as something to be practiced and expanded on as you get to completion of the assignments. In each area you likely will have other blocks to clear. Once you have got those original blocks to zero, you can use additional days prior to the next lesson arriving in expanding your clearing list.
In this way you begin to really master the process and it will be one you will use throughout the rest of your life.
