I enrolled in this class to help with the overwhelm feeling that affects me when I am emotionally charged. My goal is to want to remain grounded and clear. I experienced some very trying time during this class for example my mother underwent a 12 hours surgery Do to some miscommunication, the surgical staff did not update me immediately and I was left in the waiting room alone and uninformed while I was the contact person for my relations. The surgery went 3 hours beyond the time predicted. I felt extremely stressed. Thanks to being in this training I was able to use the tools from this class to remain calm and to successfully process overwhelm when it hit. The timing was perfect! Emotional freedom came at a great learning moment for me and was very useful. I learned about my relationship type, which will help me evolve into the place I choose to come from. It helped me clear past issues allowing me to be more empowered in my family structure allowing me to speak my truth from my heart without become so overly emotional that tears interfere with my expression. I look forward to a more expressive life!
