Hobbit Habits for Natural Energy

Are you a fan of the Lord of the Rings trilogy? Then you will be excited to know that the Hobbit film release is just around the corner. For the past several weeks, we have focused on healing stress and awakening your natural energy. Here are a few valuable hobbit secrets on vitality and natural energy.

Last year I had the great pleasure of meeting Sean Astin, the lovable gardener Sam in the Lord of the Rings epic 16 hours of the extended version film. The little Hobbits were the most loved and courageous individuals in the film and gave us many lessons in love and perseverance.

Hobbit Wisdom

The Hobbits lived in a natural environment similar to the Keebler Elves. Hobbits and Elves have their energy systems balanced by nature. The scientific aspect of energy balancing from trees involves the simple process of balancing the negative and positive ions around the body. Restoring the healthy optimistic energy field supports a feel-good aura.

Setting out on their long journey, adorably the Hobbits ask about whether Rider knows about first and second breakfast, onezees and twozees. The little Hobbits understand it is best to fuel the body five to seven times a daily, assisting the pancreas in blood sugar regulation as well as supporting a steady source of fuel to the body during waking hours. Small meals, a couple hours apart are indeed the best choice for the body.

Another energy they understand is the natural energy of courage. The mental body can support energy and the infamous “second wind.”  If you think it, and you can feel it, you will achieve it. If you think you have more energy, and you feel it, then you will have more energy.
