Before taking this training I felt sluggish and low in energy – now I feel a lot more energized and life feels exciting. I’m excited about keeping up my classes, before I would feel like an hour a day meditation was a lot of work, now i look forward to it and can’t wait to do more, in fact now there is space in my body I feel I have enough space and time to do more and more.

Training One
