Get out of stress and into bliss.

What are your consistent thoughts? Are they useful? Do they help you enjoy your day? Do you enjoy the flow? Are your thoughts in the happiness vibe?

One reason the human body breaks down is that our thoughts and what we feed our mind are not high enough energetically to produce ongoing good health. When I was depressed my recurring thoughts were resonating in low energy frequencies.

In my vibrant health I am often in a blissful calm. My recurring thoughts moved in the direction of appreciation gratitude and contribution. I am often pondering action steps for my next project and celebrating the breakthroughs produced in my practice.

Let’s take a closer look at what is happening for you in this moment.

Take out a pen and paper and answer the following questions.

  • What factors in your life may fit in the harmful stress category?
  • Is there a way you could move the harmful stress down a few notches to a daily stress and eventually move it out of your life all together?

What the mind can conceive and believe it will achieve.

Whatever we focus on becomes our reality, so if you want to be a force for change in your life or in the world, focus on the change you want to be.

Think about your frequent complaints. How often during the day do you revisit those things you are not happy about? 10 times? 100 times? What are you telling yourself over and over again? If you are looping around in a consistent complaint, you are not in the space of creating a miracle from the inside out.

The internal environment of a miracle is the environment of endless possibility.  It is powered by the firm belief that you have a right to live vibrantly in abundance and glorious health.

Secret shifters getting into your joy body

  1. Let go of the past, forgive yourself and all others for whatever didn’t work out, replace that with remembering how loved you are and some happy thoughts of how things always work for your good.
  2. Get happy with who you are. Let go of your self editing and critical inner conversations. You are awesome, feel what it feels like to love yourself, pretty cool? Stay in the state of loving yourself…don’t worry, you’re not going to become a narcissistic. When you really love yourself, you love all others too. Your affinity for nature and life expands tremendously.
  3. Negativity and low energy is contagious;  it’s like a social virus. If you caught some of that going about your beautiful day, as quickly as you can do a happy activity and release the negativity. Don’t spend a moment blaming someone else for giving you the negative energy. It is entirely your job to keep yourself uplifted and joyous.

When I catch a negative energy virus, I —

  1. Chant exquisitely divine mantras in my garden
  2. Go to a romantic comedy, and get some laughter rolling
  3. Listen to my favorite inspirational speaker ( at the moment Jack Canfield)
  4. Light a scented candle, take a bubble bath
  5. Curl up on the sofa, read a great book
  6. Play my favorite compositions on my marvelous harp
  7. Take out the watercolors and create a superb piece of art
  8. Create a stunning necklace (string pearls and stones)
  9. Run around a pristine lake on top of Mount Tam

Take out a pen and paper and create your shifter list. It will likely be different then mine. When you are shifting a behavioral pattern you want to make a few copies of this list, hang one on your bathroom mirror and maybe one in your kitchen. Remember you are in charge of your feelings and your state of mind. What would you do if you stayed in this state ongoingly? Who would you be? What is your dream life?

The state that you are in, in any given moment determines your perception of reality and thus your decisions and behaviors. Your behavior is not a result of your ability but rather the state that you are in, in this moment
