100% Vitality has Begun! Yippie! I am excited for the shifts and changes we’ll be going through as the month progresses! Today we covered some blocks to vitality including fields of amplification and spiritual interference.
Clearing for rights, although this is not a quick fix and actually requires hundreds of hours if you do the chart in it’s entirety, clearing the right to have a vibrant life full of grace and vitality 11 hours.

Remember the apple tree and the law of supply and demand if we ask our body for more it will in time give us more!

Speaking the truth, accurately supports us in vibrating at the level of truth aligning with who we are and what we are experiencing. Having difficult emotions is not a bad thing, but may give us the opportunity to grow and go deeper in our spiritual growth. Spiritual interferences can ride on anchor into our feelings and distort exaggerate and take away from our true feelings and opportunity for transformation.
