Congratulations! You’re clearly doing things to manage your stress and it shows. The dedication to your well-being is paying off.
Here’s a suggestion I often give my clients: introduce new ways to keep stress at bay. You see, your brain and body get used to things and after a while it’s important to switch things up. Have you ever hit a plateau with exercise or even meditation? That’s a sign that your system is no longer responding as it once did.
