100% Healthy Preparation

Congratulations on making the choice to live 100% healthy! You’ll be so happy to have the brain regeneration and special focus on your most urgent improvements in your first one-day. Both the in person and the tele- healing will be an extraordinary day, and one to remember.

Unless I have made a special arrangement of time with you, your appointment will start at 10 am Pacific Time and end at 3pm.

These are precious long extraordinary healing arrangements are made weeks in advance. The day is reserved exclusively for you.

*In Person

If you have opted for the in person healing here are some details that will be helpful details to make your experience simple and easy.

1. Airports

Both the SFO and OAK airports are good for flying in. It is easiest to rent a car for the day.

2. Hotels

You may choose to stay at either the

Both hotels are just blocks from my home and minutes away.

3. Directions to my location

Take the 101 exit on Terra Linda Freitas Parkway, veer right and take an immediately left going north on Redwood Hwy, which is the access road for 101. Drive about 4 city blocks to the first stop light Professional Center Pkwy, turn right and a quick right into building #18. Drive back behind building 18 to the condo complex. Around the first corner (slight left) park in the spot marked #9 , this is located under my balcony, come up around to unit 7.

5. Nourishment
Tea, water and a lovely healthy Lunch will be served so not to worry about bringing your food with you.

6. Walking Paths

I highly encourage walking as it balances and grounds the healing. There are several locations very close for walking the morning of or the day after if you choose to stay an additional night. The lagoon walk begins at the back south end of Embassy Suites and the Civic center lake is a lovely park designed by Frank Lloyd Wright rich with park benches, fountains and birds passing through as we are on the migration paths of the pacific water way.

There are many wonderful sites, and restaurants in the area, it is a luscious paradise. Golden Gate Bridge 17 miles, Stinson Beach, the famous Muir Woods and Pier 39 all within 30 minutes.

7. Dress

Dress comfortably and plan to have a relaxing, enjoyable day. We will chat and laugh and all the while improving your health and vitality!

**How to prepare if you are experiencing your one day via phone

  1. Dress comfortably
  2. Create a beautiful environment
  3. Prepare a peaceful cozy environment; turn off the alarms, computer and ringers.
  4. Let technology rest and be at peace. Do not drive or clean house or handle problems while receiving the healing.

*Nourishment

Have a light meal, like a fresh salad or wrap handy and drink water, 2 oz every half hour is ideal.

*Your phone

This is a long session so you may choose to use a head set, please do not use speaker phone, I likely will need to because my hands are often involve with the healing, however two phones on speaker can make it very unpleasant for me. Charge your phone fully prior to the call.

**In Person and Tele Healing What to Expect After

After 5 hours of regeneration you will expect to feel clear and refreshed, and you will need a good amount of rest. Although you will be tempted to push the next few days, you may chose to enjoy a few leisure days off. The more you sleep and rest the stronger the cell growth will be.

*Begin a habit of 6-8 glasses of purified water daily for at least 3 months.

**No No’s

No Alcohol or drugs, including over the counter medications such as Advil or Tylenol. Herbal remedies are encouraged. No smoking and preferably no foods with preservatives. Best to eat from the outer rim of the grocery store, colorful fruits and veggies, light protein.

**Lifestyle

You are beginning a new journey of vibrancy and in many ways you are growing a fresh new brain just like an infant. If you could imagine how you would love and care for a new born an incorporate some of that into your life it will help so much in the new vitality

  1. No violent movies, no adrenaline thrill rides, no roller coasters
  2. Listen to beautiful music, spa music, classical music, uplifting music
  3. Be careful of your language: we have removed the black magic, remember to keep you conversations about yourself and your health upbeat.
  4. Live in a constant state of gratitude and appreciation. This helps with setting new physical emotional spiritual and mental patterns.

**What’s next

Continue to use your pre-work meditations. I will have likely supplied you with several additional meditations to maintain your healing.

Maintain your exercise if you have been in the habit of exercising, if this is a new idea for you please ad 2 days of stretching or yoga, 3 – 4 days of walking or cardio and 2 days of light weights, you can choose to double up and get two forms of exercise in one day.
