Congratulations! You have tools to manage your stress but every now and then, stress knows how to creep up on you.

Over time, stress weakens your body. It makes you age faster, slows down your immune system and drains your adrenals.

The hidden stress in your life can be taking its toll without you even realizing it. That’s my main concern for you: addressing and eradicating stress before it harms you.

Here’s a suggestion I often give my clients: introduce new ways to keep stress at bay. You see, your brain and body get used to things and after a while it’s important to switch things up. Have you ever hit a plateau with exercise or even meditation? That’s a sign that your system is no longer responding as it once did.
