to use the brilliant brain meditation.

I am including a brilliant brain training audio also, if you are curious about what’s happening you’ll find this very helpful. This meditation is not one you need to do daily.

In Brilliant Brain You will learn to regenerate of all parts of your brain so you can live an extraordinary life.

Get focused and clear having the momentum and energy to flow consistently through your active day and sleep better, while you turn on the anti-aging mechanisms of your endocrine system! Overcome anxiety and relieve stress as you move into your joyful clear life. Begin at the beginning and work your way through the audios.

You will want to practice the brain mediation once a week for 4 weeks and then go to one time every 8 weeks. You can also use it when stressed overwhelmed or when you want to naturally let go of a headache.
