Week 5: Restful Sleep
Being 100% healthy means that you choose your sleep cycle by making great choices to live a balanced life and lifestyle.
In this first video I address the role adrenals and the pineal gland play in your ability to get great sleep. If you have been on sleep medication for a while you will likely need a second VIP round to restore balance to a sleep system that has been deeply disturbed.
I encourage you during this time of regeneration to powerfully choose to activate your 100% blueprint for more focus clarity and dynamic energy every day of you life.
