Have you ever wondered how miracles seem to appear around the very lucky ones all the time while others seem to only reel in a miracle once or twice in a life time? Believe it or not creating miracles is very much like exercising a muscle, the more you practice, the greater and more they manifest!
I was at a super fun event Sunday in the St Louis area. The event was called Be Deliciously Alive. There were so many wonderful people at the event. I met a handsome fellow Jamie Speiser who is a personal trainer. One of the many things he does is get women ready for beauty pageants.
I have been attempting for many months to do full on chin ups, and after nine months I still need a stool to help me get all the way up. I asked him what he might suggest to improve that situation. He gave me some amazing pointers. He said most folks think a pull up is funded from the arms. Truth is shoulders and mid/upper back; between the shoulder blades are the proper muscles to call on for a successful pull!
Good news I now know what I need to be successful in my mini miracle.
The Three Golden Keys to Creating Your Miracle
- Believe. You must know in your hear of heart this is possible. What the mind can conceive and believe it will achieve.
- Celebrate. Get yourself out of longing and into the celebration of the manifestation of your miracle. ‘Longing for’ is a place of; I want it but it is outside of me. You must get yourself to feeling the goodness and truth of the miracle.
- Neutrality, Trust and Patience. Some miracles happen quickly while others take some time and a little encouragement along the way. Know that it will happen in perfect time.
