Information to Improve Your Student Experience

Trainings Calendar
The Trainings calendar is a great resource to find all the details of class information. When you hover your mouse over any class, the date and time will show. When you click on the class name, the sales page opens and gives the description of the class. Click here to see the training’s calendar.

Quantum Mastery Schedule
If you’re in the Quantum Mastery program (Activate or Ignite), your Quantum Mastery schedule can be found on your member site, it shows the dates and times for each upcoming class.

Class Reminder Emails
Two reminders for each class go out— 1 day before, and 1 hour before class begins. Each of these reminders has a link to join the live class.

Punctuality
Be on time for class, it is highly recommended to log-in 5-minutes early. Julie Renee creates big clearing charts and we often need the entire time we have together to clear the chart. We understand there may be times when you arrive late or need to leave early, during these instances please join or leave the class quietly. It’s not necessary to let Julie Renee know you were late or need to leave early. If you do arrive late or leave early, you will need to listen to the replay to complete the clearings.

Chat Box Etiquette
To ensure all students have a transformative experience, other than greetings and hellos, please reserve the chat box for asking questions pertaining to this specific class and answering Julie Renee’s questions. It’s important to stay on topic so we can successfully clear the chart. Please no teaching. If you have technical issues, please contact support@julierenee.com.

Answering Your Questions
To respect Julie Renee’s time, and to ensure emails are answered in a timely manner, please send no more than one email per week with 3-4 short, bullet-pointed, succinct, class-specific questions, that require Julie Renee’s response. You are welcome to send as many emails to support that doesn’t require Julie Renee’s response. We are here to support you and make sure you have everything you need to be successful in your manifestations and transformations.

Livestream Issues with WebinarJam

  • If you experience any video or audio issues during the broadcast, please try pressing “RECONNECT” to refresh your screen. So you don’t miss anything, please dial into the phone lines (425) 440-5100, conference pin: 074328#.
  • Webinars take a lot of local resources on your computer and we recommend that you close any programs that auto-update such as social media, email, etc.
  • WebinarJam recommends using Google Chrome, on a laptop or desktop using a hardwire connection, as Wi-Fi connections tend to fluctuate too much and can lower the resolution of your screen making it blurry. Smartphones aren’t recommended as the connection is typically too unstable and WebinarJam isn’t designed to work efficiently on Smartphones
  • When you first log into the webinar your screen may be blurry, this is because WebinarJam starts each connection at lower bandwidth and raises bandwidth based on your individual connection.
  • If you have a slow internet connection your screen may be blurry, you can test your internet speed by visiting www.speedtest.net
