Is your body a comfortable place for your spirit/Essence to inhabit, or is it musty and murky? Whether you’ve gone through some really tough stuff like cancer treatments, and had to leave behind your ‘ethics’ to survive something, even though you knew something else was true, group mind overroad your knowingness. In that time you let go of a piece of your pristine belief of the miraculous. And just never could fully recover it. Maybe you took on the weight of group mind and bit hook line and sinker on some religious or political miasm, making others wrong for who they were born to be and a piece of you, the part that now practiced a form of a hate and exclusion, lost a piece of you that was pure love. The load becomes heavy when it’s not cleared, it doesn’t magically go away without intention and clearing. If those seeds are left to grow they may produce a lifetime of thorny bushes. These impressions are then passed down generationally. And your children and their children suffer also. It’s not a judgment on my part, just saying, we can and do clear this gunk with absolutely no judgement, and get you right with yourself once more, so spirit enjoys being in the body, free of the weight of bad choice and action. Having learned from but not buried under mistakes made. No one is perfect, everyone has some of this, big or small it’s a day to make peace and get clear.
