Wonderful Vitality in the Body training today! Lot’s of personal direction given for resolving issues with fitness and owning body related to vitality.
Homework, please muscle test if this is an issue for you.
If you would like to do more pumping:
red blood cells 7 hour
reticular activating system 3 hours
testosterone 50 minutes (helps with muscle tone and motivation as well as sex drive)
pancreas 3 hours
thyroid 2 hours
fully rest 4 hours
life force 3 hours
These are not all needed for all students but I see they would benefit some of you.
