1. Turn of all your gadgets, TV, computer and even your smartphone for an 8-hour daytime period. Unplug and recharge. Don’t carry or check your messages, just take a break and let your field come back into a better more balanced state.
  2. Do something so wonderful with your body, like a big adventure, hiking somewhere you’ve said you’d like to do that but haven’t made it happen because life is always to busy. Or go dancing, with or without a partner. If dancing is your thing and you’re not doing it your body is being deprived of a physical joy. Do something that’s physically joy producing, ideally out in nature. 
  3. Do a big spring clean in one room — your garage or garden. Do a productive activity that yields a happy result and causes your field of amplification and momentum to get rockin’ and rollin’.

Just a few notions I’m thinking might produce some fun for you and get you more engaged in living in the quantum field of pleasure!
