In the Christian calendar, this is the time of year that is dedicated to the memory of the final week of Lord Jesus Christ’s life on earth and his resurrection into the heavens. Not only do we remember the sacrifice and the actual details which we seek to understand, but we are left with a concept that the loss of life, and being born into sin, so at birth, we are already sinners, that the belief in Christ and the loving devotional life dedicated to being like Jesus, walking daily in prayer and giving’ your life to Christ is the solution for ‘death to sin’ and life in heaven.
There are so many ideas we could dig into here, the actual events are very interesting as well what is the meaning of Christ overcoming death for all by his blood sacrifice?
I believe a very important part of this is to understand there was a separation from God. All humanity had become separated from the experience of life with God because of sin. What is sin? It is something you do against your well-being that separates you from the presence of God. For example, a person murders another. This person has severed their relationship with their own purity and light they have defiled life and are far from the divine vibration. In that state even though God continues to love us, we can no longer feel the love or presence of God because we have chosen to lower ourselves. This is as well is passed on generationally.
Of course, there is much that complicates this and is acknowledged in scripture. spiritual interferences the serpents, archons, demons, devils, Satan, and all the agreements that are made with these interferences through various mechanisms like charm enchantment and excitement that drive delusion and illusion in the promise of a fun life. Man’s nature changes in this and it is an overall challenge for all humans.
So this cure was a cure of restoring by Christ’s sacrifice the experience of the love of God and a promise of heaven.
Traditional Christians are adamant, as is a scripture that humans cannot ascend to heaven without the love of Christ. Not to be confused with what is said, this is true to ascend to the Heavenly realm, which is the Judea-Christian faith. There are other realms that are not hell or purgatory that non-believers may move into when life in the body ends.
Is being in the experience and presence of God the place to be? Blissfully beautifully yes a wonderful beautiful blessing Jesus who his sacrifice and death have provided a pathway to. There is more to understand, and more to be aware of. Last week Jesus offered to speak to us all to share more of God’s plan. we will create a time for that knowledge to come through soon.
