I had heard some nasty ‘bugger’ saying to me that we were embarking on devolving our community by undoing all the additives that were moving towards making us a hybrid race. I thought this was an interesting insight. that what we are doing for some may look like devolving. But, if this is devolving, moving back to what God the Creator made us as, and in His own image and likeness, Them I am glad to devolve out of the mess aliens would charm us into believing was an advancement.
It reminds me of a song I used to sing in my church for youth Sundays and lead in the youth groups…
They say I am a dreamer blind and cannot see
That the principles I cling to won’t stand in reality
Well if that is what I am Lord, won’t You care for me?
I only want to be like the Man of Galilee!
I want to walk like I want to talk like I want to be like the man of Galilee
I want to see like I want to hear like I want to be like the Man of Galilee.
So as these days progress and our friends and family may not always get the ‘crazy’ stuff we are doing and talking about, we have to remember that the focus of this work is to be as God would have us to be. Be not conformed to the pattern of this world but be therefore transformed by the renewing of your mind…
Since God is showing us the way back to the glory of who He created us to be, we need only offer our willingness and follow what is in front of us to do.
