Today we worked on regeneration of 4 important glands/organs the pineal, pituitary, thymus and pancreas.

Please do 4 hours more on clearing amplification, perception emotions and DNA.

If you would alike all of these in the regeneration mode please pump an additional 22 hours.

Growing new cells takes time, see in your mind the new vibrant glands functioning very well. best to do at least 1 – 30 minute meditation (from me) keeps you daily in the quantum pleasure field where all regeneration happens!
