In today’s training we approached mantra as a door into the silence and serenity of divine connection. You are encouraged to use mantra this week as your meditation practice.

Repeat a mantra 108 times, and than sit in the stillness of the afterglow. Mantra will quiet the mind, taking firm ownership of the mind during times of mantra practice helps tremendously with removing spiritual squatters.

You’ll find all the mantras we covered today in the class slides.
