Keep moving forward!

When the mind is focusing on blessings we can move towards great accomplishment, and the creation of daily miracles. What could you do if you stayed in celebration and forward movement?

In a previous secret keys message we explored quieting the mind and committing to ending drama. Today we explore traps from the mind that hook us up from the joyful full of life giving energy.

A big blockage: really a malady of the mental body is inaction. Imagine a time when you felt stagnant or stuck, unable to take your next step or move in a forward direction.  Remember an occasion or two in your life where you found yourself stuck and unable to shift out of a negative situation even though you knew in your heart of hearts it would have been so much better for you to have done so? By staying stuck your mind started playing tricks on you. Perhaps you starting imagining things, getting a little paranoid.

Inaction is a real brain freeze.

Breaking the pattern of Inaction.

  • Rigorous exercise. One of my favorite break-through into action techniques is to go for a brisk run. You can do a 90 day exercise program, train for a triathlon or take up mountain biking. Activity especially outdoors helps break through the crippling wall of inaction.
  • Guided meditation. By practicing my Definitive Guide to Meditation, found at Julierenee.com/products, you will clear all energy channels and give yourself a spiritual shower from the inside out. Often moving everyone else’s energy out of your body gives you back your confidence, your certainty and your ability to move forward.
  • Check in with yourself and your emotional body. Are you in fear? If you accomplish the outcome do you have room for the good results? Do you have a structure for moving forward that is understandable and fits with you? If these are issues, create a plan of action that you can improve your situation 5% a week until you are where you want to be.
  • Clearing family patterns out of your cells. Your body is a blueprint of your parents encoding. All of the body wisdom gleaned from generations previous to their birth accumulated to form the body and temperament they exhibit. You are a melting pot of half you mother and half your father. There is also a couple strands of DNA that are uniquely you.  A common thought is that DNA gives you your body type and structure. And that is indeed true. Also found in the DNA are the survival patterns from you family line. An example of this are a persons cells from DNA that is programmed with slave or indentured servitude pictures. If you had this in your DNA it would influence your ability to move forward. Removing these patterns and other failed programing through the DNA clearing work I do will be helpful if you have already tried the ‘inaction resolvers’ and have made little progress.

Unwillingness or inability to see positive choices.

Sometimes a person just gets in the zone of ignoring their own inner guidance system. After awhile the helpful guidance from friends gets erased and the self created blinders become a real handicap. Are you listening to your guidance systems? If you can see only negative choices I can guarantee you that you’ve missed the positive downloads from your higher self that are there for you to have free for the taking.

You and only you can turn this behavior around. Until it shifts you will live life in a constant flow of negativity. Find some good audio listening programs and videos on the power of positive thinking. These will help you start shifting your negative patterns of thinking. Speakers I enjoy listening to while I am driving, Jack Canfield, Tony Robbins, Joel Osteen, and I actually like listening to my CDs they uplift and inspire me. There are many good inspirational speakers and coaches. Find the ones that lift you up and rotate their programs until you are back in the positive flow of possibility.

The true journey of life is a movement and a rest. When you are in stillness you are in the place of receptivity, of hearing the inner voice and of expanding conciousness. This stillness is good, it is the resting place. When you are in movement, you are experiencing action and accomplishment. Choose movement or rest, leave inertia behind.
