Checklist for How to Deal with a Clear Stabbing Pain

  1. Start with “This is not me” – 5 minutes of repetition.

  2. Check for immobilizers – hybrids can swoop in and present new pain in the nerves in a specific area. Clear immobilizers with 10-minute doorknob.

  3. Check for like-reversals – rev half-moon for 15 minutes.

When pain comes all at once, the stabbing nerve pain, it is not you, but there is something allowing it to happen. You may be able, in the moment it comes on, to clear it with “This is not me.” But if you start feeling into the pain and on some level claiming it is your pain, which is understandable (it can sometimes be a 9 or 10 in intensity), get to work on identifying and clearing.
