In the Genesis story of Adam and Eve, they looked on God, saw His face daily. Then sadly, they disobeyed the one and only request God had made of them. Tricked into thinking they could be equal to God, they ate of the tree of knowledge. They had been invited by the serpent to make a bad choice. Because of this, they were expelled from paradise. Seraphim guarded the gateway to the Garden of Eden, and they were made to wander the earth and forage for themselves.

This was the last time man looked at God’s face. In the end of Revelation, we are promised once more to look on God’s face. God is light and illuminates all of heaven. There is no need for the sun or lamps, as we will be in a perpetual state of light.

Throughout the Bible we see God appearing in a pillar, leading the way for His people out of challenge:

  • And the LORD appeared in the tabernacle in a pillar of a cloud: and the pillar of the cloud stood over the door of the tabernacle. – Deuteronomy 31:15

  • And the LORD went before them by day in a pillar of a cloud, to lead them the way; and by night in a pillar of fire, to give them light; to go by day and night. – Exodus 13:22

  • And it came to pass, as Moses entered into the tabernacle, the cloudy pillar descended, and stood at the door of the tabernacle, and the LORD talked with Moses. – Exodus 33:9

There are actually 35 references to “pillar” in the Bible. Some speak of the tabernacle pillar and structure. Many speak of how God appeared and spoke to His people, or led His people.

In our Creation Divine Individuation, we have been recently – 6,000 years ago – given a pillar to use to access God. It runs from the heart through to the top of the skull. I see it in my mind’s eye as a hollow royal blue tube of light. Its purpose is to move the words and inklings of Holy Spirit – who is the Spirit of Truth, God’s voice – up from where it is received in the heart up to the mind and consciousness.

It serves as a sacred passageway. So many have difficulty knowing if God is speaking to them, and the mind is a fertile ground for mind control and manipulation. But in this very pure form, an experience – an answer in the heart – can travel to the mind and be interpreted as leadings for what God would have each of us know and do.
