What is super wonderful is when you can build into your beautiful life, a lifestyle of vacationing into every day. There is a wonderful little program “The Best Year Of Your Life” that when followed makes everyday a holiday.

If you are in a time in your life where you are in the accomplishment cycle and looking to move and change the world with your contribution, remember to ground your vacations by putting them in your schedule and booking them. You will notice a sense of joy and anticipation and in those tough moments, these memories and future happenings will alter the perception of your thoughts, and allow your body to know that you love it and are scheduling time to take care of it, love it and let it rest.

There are four kinds of vacation

1.) Beach Bumming, Relaxing. On your relaxation vacation you go to one place, drop your clothes in a heap and stay put for the duration. You enjoy the slow down pace for restoration. I do this kind of vacation regularly in Nuevo Vallarta Mexico and my fabulous villa Del Palmar Flamingos time share.

2.) Exploration. This is adventuring. It could be a cruise, or a trip to an exotic land, mountain climbing or going on a pilgrimage. You are in movement and logging in many sites’ historical data, and really allowing the body to experience the joy of living on planet earth. I have done this type of vacation many times, one of my all time favorites was traveling through India and touring, the temples and holy places for half a year. This type of vacation changes your life. Coming back from this incredible gift to yourself, you are now richer and wiser for the experience and provide rich materials for your strong, healthy emotional mental wellbeing.

3.) Local short reboot trips. Going to wine country or to a B&B for a couple days is and amazing little treasure to gift yourself in the midst of a busy period. These little respites do wonders for restoring the nervous system and getting your happiness vibe back in the higher realms. When we take the time to restore, we are so much more powerful and productive in career and family experience.

4.) Retreat. Whether you are going on a yoga or meditation retreat or a Book camp for speakers, and authors, you are in for a total immersion into a new way of being. Hopefully you have chosen wisely and you are getting all the boosting and energizing you require to take your next steps.
