New Meditation Program Promises to Quiet an Overactive Mind – in 5 Minutes

Carmel Valley, Calif. – Mental fog. Lack of focus. Racing thoughts. For many people, these symptoms of “monkey mind” are familiar – and even an expected side effect of aging.

But according to leading brain rejuvenation expert Julie Renee Doering, mental decline is not something that needs to be tolerated – at any age.

“Having an overactive, unfocused mind can be a huge detriment to your success and happiness,” says Doering, author of “Your Divine Human Blueprint” and the leading expert in cell and brain rejuvenation, quantum activation and guided meditation. “When your mind is bouncing from one thought to another, it becomes very difficult to concentrate long enough to get things done. Working hard without seeing significant progress can increase stress, frustration and even depression.”

To help people regain control of their overactive minds, Doering has created a free program, Quiet Your Mind in 5 Minutes!

The program includes two components, a five-minute meditation audio and a guidebook.

The Q5 Quiet Mind meditation is designed to be used four times throughout the day to restore mental peace, calm racing thoughts and sharpen focus.

Numerous research studies have demonstrated the benefits of regular meditation, Doering says. “Quiet Your Mind in 5 Minutes! makes this healthy habit easy to incorporate into your day,” she adds. “Anyone can find five minutes to meditate.”

The guidebook explains how the six-step process of brain regeneration solves the “noisy/distracted” mind issue – permanently. “Brain regeneration is a cutting-edge technique that involves literally regrowing the cells of your brain from the stem cells up,” Doering explains. “It’s a result of activating your body’s innate ability to regenerate itself.”

Doering is offering the Quiet Your Mind in 5 Minutes! program free for a limited time at her website, http://julierenee.com/quiet-mind
