We have been exploring the function of Breath of Life in Forever 401 and Have discovered that Puranic Breath was an override to our original breath of the spirit in the body. With this pranic breath removed, breathing and the chest become easier, more fluid, and less constricted. Not only that, the breath of Spirit in the body can then move all the way through the torso and spirit is easily and naturally able to expand into the full-body head and limbs.
What is Breath of Life? How does it function?
Breath of life is the animating breath that breathes spirit into the body at birth.
Looking at God’s alignment we must first imagine what it is for God to Breathe. Imagine God breathing life into us, giving us the gift of His life. Imagine yourself created in the image and likeness of God. This applies not only to the body as many may imagine but to the spirit as well.
Breathe on me, Breath of God,
fill me with life anew,
that I may love the way you love,
and do what you would do.
Breathe on me, Breath of God,
until my heart is pure,
until my will is one with yours,
to do and to endure.
Breathe on me, Breath of God,
so shall I never die,
but live with you the perfect life
for all eternity.
