Do you wanna sip your way to a better brain? Well, I’m going to share with you some tips on how to get more out of your brain just by sipping water. So the trick is, a lot of people don’t actually get enough water in the way that your body can utilize it. And what happens is that the neurotransmitters no longer have enough fluids between them to actually get them talking to each other. So what i recommend is that you get a purifier and really have your, really drink clean, purified water. And really the goal is 2-4 ounces every half an hour. Guzzling water isn’t gonna help. Like you guzzle 8 ounces and then you don’t drink for 3 hours, forget it. You wanna be slowly sipping throughout the day. That’s gonna keep you brain hydrated and keep those neurotransmitters in communication, keep all the communication centers talking to each other. And I wanna discourage you from sipping lots of alcohol. And the reason for that is that wine and any kind of alcohol will actually kill, dry out and kill brain cells. So first of all it kills them. But then, you know, you’re dehydrated, so that will dry out the brain cells. So sip clean water 2-4 ounces every half hour all day long and you gonna have a better brain which is gonna activate your divine human blueprint and give you more power, make you unstoppable, clear and focused every day of your life.
