Home work:Great Class, great questions! You’ll be excited to have the training chart and slides from today’s training and will be able to get right in there and continue to work on improving your bones!
Clearings and regeneration use the standard quantum pump and some of you will need to clear illness and disease you will use the double pump or what I call the chopping hand movement.
Bones are very easy to heal and improve just keep at it and you will see improvements!
