Hi, it’s Julie Renee, author of Your Divine Human Blueprint, and I’m a Master Health Activator. And I am often told by my new clients, “I always tired.” “I am always exhausted.” “I need more energy.” And of course that’s the thing that everybody wants right? I want more energy! Well, how do you get it? And the first thing I wanna put in your consciousness is if you’re saying, “I’m so tired. I’m sick and tired. I’m exhausted. I’m tired.” If you’re saying those words, you’re hypnotizing your body into believing this, so that you really can’t even break out of that cycle. So nix with the I am so tired, I am so exhausted. Stop saying it. You can tell people when you’re very ‘busy’, don’t use that word either. Say, “I’m very active.” This will give your body a very positive signal that you’re choosing to be active, like a healthy active. Also, when you’re tired you can say, “I’m feeling very relaxed today.”, like having a mellow day. So these are just ways that you can tell your body something different than I’m tired and exhausted, which will really stick with your body for weeks on end and you’ll just keep perpetuating that because you’re in that cycle. A couple other things, to remember when you’re wanting to get back into your dynamic energy. One is, what are you actually saying to yourself? Are you saying you’re energized? Are you saying you have all the strength in your body that you need and all the power that you need? Use affirmations during the day to remind yourself that you are perceiving the world in an energized way as apposed to an exhausted way. You wanna be drinking water, 8ozs of water maybe six times a day and remember my tip is to drink 2-4ozs every half hour. So rather than guzzling, you wanna just keep getting a steady stream of clean water into your body, get out in nature. Sometimes people will get really fatigued because they get so much energy around their head. And that’s too much mental energy. And I’ll tell you what, that will make the whole body tired and it won’t make your mind work any better. It’s like you’re thinking, thinking, thinking too hard and just a big balloon of mental energy goes up over your head and you’ve depleted all the energy in your body. A very simple way to get the energy back in your body, either do one of my meditations or just simply imagine bringing that energy back into your body. So maybe you’re 300% over your head and nothing in your body. And now you’re gonna get it into you physical body, though everything that is matter. You’re gonna get the energy into your spiritual body, your essence. You’re gonna get the energy into perception, both your mental and your emotional body and you’re really gonna have this balance of energy. And then you know, the last thing I would like to recommend is that you breathe in deeply and if you really wanna super charge your deep breathing, use pink and gold as the colors that you imagine breathing into your body. And that will really super charge you. Now, I want to just remind you that you have choice. You can choose to live a hundred percent healthy and activate your divine human blueprint. And really become unstoppable every single day.
