In our DNA of Peace program, we had many wonderful ideas emerge during our program which leads me to create a great ideas list for creating more inner and outer peace, in addition of course to our marvelous DNA clearing.

  1. Write a love letter to God for all you are grateful for. Take a moment to access what you have been given? What can you look forward to? How has your life played out so well for who you are and what you came to accomplish? A good love letter is at least a page long!
  2. Write a love letter to an elder. I shared how I did this with my Grandmother and how it made all the difference in the world to our entire family as she emerged from a long period of sorrow and began to shine her joy once more to all her children! Honor your elders now, well before they are no longer here.
  3. Witnessing another who is grieving, ask for them to share about the loved one. When hearing of a loss, we usually say, is there anything I can do? That’s good, but more importantly, it is to witness their love for the person. A simple thing to say Is I am so sorry for your loss; I want to hear about your (mom). Tell me what made her so special!
  4. Being in the moment. Notice what is going on around you, be grateful to the folks who show up to work, thank them for their service.
  5. The path of an initiate is one who can witness and love both in birth and death. We talked about a life that was beyond the usual, where you both learned about the process of birthing a spirit into and out of a body. Not for everyone, but a very worthy endeavor.
  6. Showing up to help with the gifts you have been given. Share, don’t hide your gifts under a bushel.
  7. Celebrate even the little things. We rejoiced in 3 birthdays and in the wealth program in some amazing breakthroughs!
  8. Miracles are all around us; we can be part of someone else’s when we love fully and show up
