Julie: Hello darlings, it’s Julie Renee with your beauty tip for the day and today we are going to talk about being beautiful from the inside out in getting enough rest and in the spiritual world there is this concept and it has, it’s kind of like embraces the dichotomy. You have movement and you have rest and today we are going to be talking about rest and you need both movement and rest to be fully embodied in your human experience. So, today rest we are going to talk about meditation, proper sleep and the idea of pattering which is not up to focus activity but rather relaxed flowing activity.
So, when we think about meditation you have this fantastic 61 day program, beautiful from the inside out that I would like to encourage all of you to check out you should all do it. There are three wonderful programs associated with that, there is a face lift program, there is a whole regeneration program and there is a body rejuvenation type mean program for people who are doing like rapid weight loss. But the real results are that you get to reanimate it and activate all the cells and bring light back into the all the cells in the body and really just glow with that youthful vibrancy and its so wonderful because its all natural you don’t have to do a surgery and you get that same effect.
So, its pretty spectacular, I want to encourage all of you to meditate and then rest, lets talk about sleeping, proper sleep and when you are getting enough sleep you actually wake up feeling rested and ready to start the day and when you are burning the candle at both ends you wake up feeling exhausted so there is a good way to tell, am I getting enough sleep and some people need eight hours, some 10 hours and some people need six hours. But, what I would like you to be thinking about is going to sleep before 10 O’clock at night and really the best rest it happens between 10 and 12, so the deepest amount of sleep that you are going to get is those early evening hours. So, think about can I actually do that, can I get myself one on down unhooked from the computer by 7 O’clock maybe listening to some quiet gentle music, reading a soft love book or a novel or something that is not going to get you all excited and really have wonderful sleep hygiene that’s what we are looking for and then waking up refreshed doing a meditation in the morning, getting and exercising.
But really out of that place of I have rested my body is happy so I feel good and then we are going to talk next about pattern and pattering is so important especially for women what we want to think about with pattering is maybe you are doing a little bit of cleaning in the kitchen and then you go take a nap and then maybe you are doing some laundry and you give yourself a fang show and then maybe you do cleaning up the bedroom and you take another nap.
So you are going to figure out your own perfect flow for pattering. I do a little of this and a little of that and then I lay down for a while or sit in the sun I read a book, pattering is non focused activity that allows the cells of the body to relax, it allows you to relax, it allow the nerves system to calm down and it reorganizes the brain so that we just feel like, I feel good and you know when you feel good you look brilliantly beautiful, beautiful from the inside out. Blessings and light darlings on your day of transformation, bye, bye beauties.
