Ever notice how there are those who remain continent and true to their path of vibrancy and brilliance, living youthfully and inspiring all those around them? My girlfriend Kim has a wonderful drive to exercise and keep her body strong and glorious. she wakes at 430 to head off to her peloton stationary bike to work out vigorously 5 days a week. She loves it feels renewed and it helps her balance a tendency of anxiety to great level endorphins supported by her own chemistry.
And what about those who are an inspiration with their nutritional choices? Eating well is what they absolutely live for. My friend Leslie, whose side job is weightless counseling, eats light and vibrantly. She occasionally posts images of her highly notorious creative meals, along with her fun beach walks and mountain adventures. I know this is really her passion. She said she does yoga, if she is keeping a family member company watching a show, she gets down on the floor and does yoga stretches for the fun of it, so her body gets a treat while keeping a family member company. She’s mid 50’s and looks like she’s in her 20’s.
We likely all know a few friends who are the perfect example of vibrant health. I don’t think anything has to be perfect, with Kim it is regimented and structured, with Leslie it is often organic and spontaneous. How do you do the living example of Vibrancy and life?
I was needing more rest, as my dear Angel friends have encouraged for weeks now. I did a rest day laying in bed, watching some flics, sleeping, eating very little, some gluten-free vanilla wafers, and stevia-sweetened dark chocolate. After a couple of days of not feeling better, Rafael said, we wanted you not only to rest but take care of yourself in a beautiful way. So I woke to a new resolve, lit candles, bathed in bath salts, took out my homedics spa at-home treatments, did ear coning, popped over to the store for healthy drinks and fresh citrus. Deep conditioned my hair, and rested. My sis called later in the day and said wow you sound so much better. I was drinking fresh structured water, kombucha with ginger, and making such good choices, I was beginning to see myself feeling more the picture of healing and joy in my body.
I am on track of turning this around and have been for a month or so. Restorative yoga in the morning at least 3 times a week and walking 2 times a week. I think as We both come out of the traumas we traversed the past couple of years, life will open more and more to what I used to enjoy. The notion of resting I think I thought was flop out and veg, but what I saw from my angel friends and observations of my own, the picture of dynamic brilliance is an ongoing experience, a steady one. Perhaps as we look at being conscious and aware and ponder how this is accomplished in our sleep state, we can easily achieve more of ourselves.
A new friend at a party was saying how she was a bit lost having just divorced this month, and I was surprised how much I was incorporating just now in my life. She was very interested in Mother’s helper 3 days a week starting soon. The restorative yoga idea was really fun, she lit up when I mentioned that…strategies for better health care like joining a massage club and getting monthly massages and facials. All this sounded really good to her.
Our very fun ongoing project of a hydroponics garden in the kitchen is just ready to provide us with fresh green meals! Hallelujah! And I thought now to order the special organic clothes for my juicer and start doing more organic juicing of organics!
I’ve heard others also struggling with how to get grounded back into vibrant health. It feels we have to leapfrog over how do I get back into and just jump into the realm of vibrantly brilliantly joyous while awake and aware.
