In my many years of brain regeneration with top leaders in all walks of life I have had the privilege and pleasure of working with the greatest minds of this age. How well men and women use their five brains (survival, emotional, creative, logical and genius) is sourced and supported by the hormones the brain was marinated in as it developed. Little boys experienced large doses of testosterone and proceeded to make crashing noises, jump around and conquer their world even as toddlers while the estrogen driven female brain would nurture her dolls, entertain her stuffed animals with tea parties and as she progressed into tweedom ~ clothes shopping.
Left unregenerated the male and female brain will function as it was designed from the cavemen era with instinct driving the brain responses.
As we enter a new age and era, we are in a rectifying stage of human development. Women are holding leadership roles. Men are nurturing and caring for the young. The best of leadership for men is to integrate the creative and some of the emotions that strengthen trust and confidence from their followers. For women, the stronger activations of the logical and survival brains will help them focus and follow through, helping them to take positions of greater influence and reach.
Women, as we see in the brain study have less hold on their logical brain, while men less ability in the emotional and creative brains.

Actually that club is disappearing as well-educated experienced men and women take their places in leadership in both corporations and entrepreneurial roles.
