Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, we glorify and praise your holy name, and we thank you for giving us an opportunity to work on our heart and our soul. I ask that there be a profound healing on a sorrowful heart, a heart that is hopeless, weary, exhausted, a heart that has given up.
God, we acknowledge that there may have always been weaknesses in the physical heart, or there may have been a carryover into this life from weariness or hopelessness onto the heart. We ask that, as the heart and the heart-brain heal, we heal simultaneously the aspects of our emotional brain, our amygdala, wherever it is that we become weary from the heart, not necessarily mental energy, but heart energy.
We ask that that heal as well in the brain or in the cell structure, that the spirit be comforted in the body and feel hopeful and looking forward to a future, that the soul return to the heart.
God, you see all the things on our plate. You see everything that we face and we meet. And we ask that the muscle of the heart be strong and fortified from this morning’s Reclamation of the Body, Heart and Diaphragm Muscles program.
For those who have done those first two hours and are now continuing on, just bring a deep level of strength and fortification and emotional stamina, hopefulness. Let weariness fall away. Let us feel fully and completely capable. Let us experience our capabilities, our abilities, our brilliance, and let us move forward in incredible clarity and strength.
Thank you, God, for giving us this steadfast love and guidance and direction. We glorify and praise your holy name and join with the holy singing, “Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Most High. Heaven and earth are full of your glory. Hosanna in the highest.”
Heaven and earth are full of your glory, your mercy, your brilliance, your radiance. We feel it all around us, and we thank you for establishing that brilliance, that glory in our hearts.
We glorify you. We glorify you with our hearts, and we thank you.
