I had tested much of my dry, irritated skin is from a post-pandemic condition brought on by the pandemic. I know I am not willing to allow my skin and my body to decay rapidly, and this dryness and irritation has got to end immediately.

What have you noticed post-pandemic?

• The water I take in is not hydrating my skin, body, or brain well. I test it at 40% – it is almost like a plastic coating on the digestive tract prevents proper absorption.

• Collapse of connective tissue

• Skin appears weak, thin, irritated

• Hair and scalp weak, less volume

• Shrinkage of muscle mass by 60%

• Regular fatigue, fatigue that operates like clockwork and takes me down or out of play
