President Donald Trump’s administration said that Medicaid will stop paying for gender-affirming surgeries and hormone treatments for transgender minors, and the state Children’s Health Insurance Program won’t pay for the treatments for those under 19. The policy is to take effect Oct. 13.
Presidential Executive Order 14187, titled “Protecting Children from Chemical and Surgical Mutilation,” is an executive order issued by Donald Trump on January 28, 2025. Part of a broader targeting of transgender people, the order acts to prevent gender-affirming care for Americans under 19 years old by withholding federal funding and directing agencies to take a variety of steps to prevent surgeries, hormone therapy, the use of puberty blockers, and other gender-affirming treatments.
Ken Paxton, AG of Texas: A $10 million settlement between the state of Texas and Texas Children’s Hospital is set to create the nation’s first clinic designed to reverse gender-transition care, with the clinic required to open by the end of October. Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton announced on Wednesday, Aug. 5, new details of the executed settlement terms with the Houston-based hospital, which has three months to open a clinic offering free medical care to people who want to reverse sex reassignment operations and procedures. “This historic settlement is a resounding defeat for the radical gender ideology that has preyed on Texas children under the guise of ‘care,’” Paxton said in a statement. “Texas Children’s has agreed to pay millions back to Texas. The detransition clinic, which is the first of its kind, must open within months. Activist doctors who harmed children have been fired.”
Texas Children’s Hospital will pay a $10 million settlement over allegations of illegal billing for gender-affirming care. The settlement requires the hospital to open the nation’s first clinic designed to reverse gender-transition care. The new clinic will offer free services for five years to patients up to age 21 who previously received gender-affirming care. As part of the agreement, the hospital will fire five doctors and cease providing gender-transition services to minors.
My thoughts
A family in the support group I attend for parents of children with fetal alcohol disorder decided about a year back to transition their 10-year-old from girl to boy. This looked like such a bad idea to me right off. The parents encouraged it and cropped her hair, she chose a new name and dressed like a boy with the male pronouns. Several months ago, I saw that she was depressed and no longer leaving her room. A week ago she attempted suicide and is now in a special psych ward on suicide watch.
Dhejne et al. (2011)1 conducted the longest follow-up study to date on the outcomes of “sex reassignment surgery,” covering a period of 30 years (1973-2003) and involving 324 individuals in Sweden. The study compared these individuals to matched controls based on birth year and sex, revealing that those who had undergone surgery exhibited a significantly increased suicide risk, with rates nearly 19.1 times higher than their matched controls.
Why would you put a child at risk given these statistics? Was group mind virus at play with the Biden administration promoting trans-gendering children and adults? Even with Biden’s administration, illegal immigrants.
Personal experience. Many years ago I lived with a ‘mad’ professor type, we’ll call him Jacque, from France. He was brilliant, a Mensa, in the top of big brains. He had been in the special forces in France and was so messed up in the head. While living in my apartment with me, he decided he was a woman and started dressing like one. He was a big strong lanky man, this was not a good look. During that time, in San Francisco, he was doing therapy to transition, and I was desperately trying to move him out of my home. I was able to get him to move onto his yacht and distance myself from him. I did get him into therapy and get him a legal counselor to help, as he had a child with an American woman. Back then, early 90’s, 50% committed suicide within the first 5 years.
I am looking at stats on the internet and they appear very off. 2 in 100,000 commit suicide, this isn’t real.
Then coming back round once more to up close and personal, my older brother, having been in a serious accident, every bone in his body broken and in a coma, woke to a new female spirit in his body, and over time transitioned. When Biden got into office, he was able to have the surgery to complete the transition. I had tried to talk him out of this many times, but he was determined, and it wasn’t him anymore. The female spirit that took over wanted to strip, participate in the sex club scene and, a few years ago, whew, I just couldn’t even be in communication with this person.
What I think about transgender folks is there is one or more walk-ins that have more power over the body than the original spirit. Jacque had 7. My brother had 1. And more recently there is mind control and thought forms, for mentally ill you will feel better if you are a different sex, then when all the attention is off them, they do not feel better. They still have to deal with the core mental or spiritual illness.
There is now also the challenge of reversing the surgery for these young people. It is my understanding that many who have had the surgeries are in a great deal of pain, altered germinally and will never fully be who they once were. The reversal surgeries cannot make it all right again.
I realize this is a controversial topic. Since it is making the news and I have personal experience with this, I am sharing with you.
Protecting children. We pray and often do clearing protecting children. A topic we have done a lot of work on is abortion and the entrapping in purgatory hell for those sacrificed in demonic ritual. We have done amazing work also helping find the lost children in human trafficking. I believe this executive order will slow parents who think it wise to have children trans to the opposite sex.
What can we do to help?
- Pray, asking God to remove the supports that allow for this for profit, for harm to children industry.

An update regarding a lost 3-year-old child in my area: The little boy was found in the forest after a 30-hour search, at the same time as our Mastery class started, when you & I prayed for him last Tuesday. He was released from the hospital 3 days after and returned to his family. Apart from shock and confusion, he is doing fine. A miracle for sure! Much love, Zuzana
