On thanksgiving morning, I experienced another very revealing lucid dream. I was able to write some of the notions that came from it and grasp a good deal of the message it delivered.
I want to start with the details of this issue which affects humans and angels alike and may be an important piece in the discovery of why things got so challenged in the angelic realm.
Likely every time I speak or write about Angels, some of the ways their light has dimmed or their challenges, I get a participant/reader saying woo now, wait on Julie Renee aren’t angels’ radiant beings of light? Why couldn’t they just ask God to fix stuff if something were off?
But what if they were more like us than we think. They have personalities, challenges, loves and dislikes, what if they were hmm very long living beings who went through struggle and strife, feel under negative influence of nasty interferences as well as us, and were doing their very best to hold onto their light purity and truth?

Directed Weaponized Consciousness System
In my dream which will follow these details I grasp the notion of a Directed Weaponize Consciousness System that caused even the brightest of angels to fall into a stupor of unconsciousness, which would cause them to forget their true nature.
How it affected the recipients of this targeted weaponry:
- Behavior shift to reactive
Directed towards keeping a sense of depletion
Gradient, from seeing in the rainbow spectrum of purity and truth to now seeing, hearing, smelling, experiencing in grey tones
Mind Narrowing limits what one can process
Alters beliefs
Unable to see the whole picture, seeing the narrow view of what validates your isolation and suffering
Depression long term
Domination
Suppression
I wondered how this was playing out in the details we capture in our charting of the human blueprint.
For those in a human body in the category of Matter (body) in the Intelligence Processing Center it is found in the ‘energetic directed movement’ this is the last item in that category. The natural organic direction coming from here should come from yourself, but under the DWC this area of intelligence processing is taken over. It narrows the view and scope of understanding creating blinders to truth, purity and life. In the Energy System category it is delivered through the Interacting fields: thought to thought And in Essence affects one’s authority, and basically your sovereignty.
Individual intelligence remains in the ‘conscious part of the brain’ for those with physical body’s, but authority is lost to the DWC. So, we see intelligence without wisdom.

As I continued to look into this I was able to do some ah ha’s ‘so that is what that was’ in response to wondering about my own history. At birth 70%, likely highly influenced by being carried by my mom, at age 30- 53% at age 50 about the time I started the academy 9% and beginning 2020 6% and now presently I am at 0.

What to do about those affected???
As I asked the question could I help lift/neutralize this I got a ‘yes’. If I was able to bring them out could they recover to the light, truth, purity? 40% true. This is because those affected have lost much of their wisdom and even brought out of this, they would return to what they were familiar with. However, If I could then in an additional step rapidly restore the original light truth purity and life to them it would indeed be effective.
The Dream
I saw a recounting of angels who were once thought of as super heroic beings fighting each other. As they looked at this scene in awareness, they had no idea why they were doing this. Why would they battle their friends? I heard this DWC in the dream was referred to as ‘Super John’. In my thoughts I heard similar to MK Ultra.
A second part of the dream was the house with unending empty rooms to explore. I saw this as a delusion, keeping the unconscious curious about the inner illusional journey, never in charge of their real life.
